Brokenness exists everywhere – in our own lives, in the people around us, and in the societal structures of the world. Too often we try to ignore or suppress the brokenness of life. But when we purposefully engage brokenness and allow God to transform it and us in the process, something beautiful happens. The brokenness itself becomes redeemed as we receive a beauty that wouldn’t otherwise exist.

We are a coaching, consulting, and fractional support services firm. What makes us unique is not what we do, but our underlying assumptions which drive how we work, and what we hope for you. We recognize that all of us live and work every day in the midst of brokenness. We also know that the way you work creates opportunities to redeem that brokenness and effect restoration in the world. Redemptive Brokenness was birthed out of years of watching broken systems continue to break the people in them. It was inspired by watching a few leaders live beyond the financial bottom line and transform the world and the people around them. The world needs more leaders like this and we think you should be one of them.
We exist to foster global networks of leaders who effectively engage the brokenness around them, and actively foster its redemption. We do this by helping leaders thrive in their role, and by helping their organization be as effective as possible. Effective leaders and organizations are good for employees, customers, clients, and the community at large.
Our role in an engagement is to come alongside you as the leader, recognizing that you carry a weight that is truly heavy. We support and bolster your individual capacity through coaching and companioning, we bring you the specific expertise you need to strengthen your company, and we offer fractional support when the need is substantial and prolonged.

Tom Brown
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Tom engages the world as a stabilizing personality in the midst of challenging circumstances. His career in aviation as a mechanic, pilot, and instructor quickly led to multiple leadership roles in Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Operations, and General Management. He leverages this experience in organizational development and excellence to guide other leaders on their journey.
Ali Brown
Co-Founder & Soul Care Companion
Ali engages the world from an integrated perspective of the mind, body, spirit, and emotions. She holds a Masters in Counseling and has embraced the concept of soul-care and the value of simply walking deeply with other women in the day to day of life. She lives this out currently as a mom of 5 kids, and leans into the lives of the women God brings her way.

A few years ago, I was responsible for an aviation program in Africa. Our local regulator implemented a short notice, nation-wide program to recertify every operator and our organizational existence was suddenly at stake. Needless to say, I felt a tremendous weight. We had a critical job to do, and I wasn’t about to be the one who let the program fail. I pushed both myself and my staff hard.
